研究方向:表觀遺傳修飾調(diào)控植物高溫響應(yīng)的機(jī)理

全球氣候變暖和極端高溫天氣頻繁出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重影響植物的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育以及農(nóng)作物的產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)。高溫已成為威脅世界糧食安全的主要環(huán)境因素之一。提高植物耐熱性是植物適應(yīng)頻繁高溫脅迫的根本途徑。表觀遺傳修飾是植物適應(yīng)環(huán)境信號(hào)維持生存的重要策略。組蛋白修飾是調(diào)控基因轉(zhuǎn)錄的重要表觀遺傳修飾方式。課題組近幾年研究方向主要集中在表觀遺傳組蛋白修飾調(diào)控植物高溫響應(yīng)機(jī)制。
